A note from our Founders

Hey All!

It’s been a strange few weeks! We are facing a time of significant global, macro and local uncertainty, bringing with it unexpected challenges to small business owners.

Here at TradeGecko, we’re working to balance responding to current events, ensuring we maintain the same standards of service and support, and continuing to invest to improve the services and software that we provide.

Like many of you, we are trying to do what we can to help our customers during this time.

Firstly, we’re opening up our B2B platform.

As more businesses have moved to remote working, this has necessitated the move to online operations. We’ve always believed that the future of B2B is B2B eCommerce, the Covid-19 pandemic is accelerating the impact of adopting online tools to manage business relationships. So to help small businesses adapt, we are opening up our B2B platform to all customers so that you can continue to receive wholesale orders and receive payments from your customers.

We’re also working to open up TradeGecko Payments to additional countries.

Reach out to us and we can help you with setting up your TradeGecko Payments and B2B eCommerce store.

Secondly, access to information.

We have consolidated information on government support & subsidies currently available around the world, and we will be sharing insights on the commerce trends we are seeing from our own data, which we will update weekly.

Finally our team has prepared a short 10 minute video on "7 steps to manage through COVID-19" we hope you find this useful.

Our thoughts are with you at this challenging time, and we will continue to be here for you. If you have anything you would like to share with us, we’d love to hear from you.

Be kind to yourself and others, and most of all stay safe!
