Our customer support team are now available 24 hours a day, seven days a week! This means that, night or day, no matter where you're based you'll be able to get in touch with us. If you need to raise a query, be it via email, chat or over the phone, one of our dedicated support rockstars will be there to address it.
Community and email support extends to all of our customers regardless of the plan you're on. For customers subscribed to our Business Premium plan, you'll also have access to round-the-clock phone support, so drop us a line - we’re always happy to chat!
For email and chat based queries, rest assured we look into your queries as they are raised and we endeavour to provide you with the necessary support within 48 hours.
Paying customers requiring assistance can send us a direct email at email@example.com for individual support. Please include your account name and an outline of the problem, including any steps you've taken to try and fix it so far. It's helpful to also include information such as:
- When the problem started occurring.
- Whether it happens all the time, or is intermittent.
- Whether it affects all items (e.g all products, all customers) or just some of them.
