New feature release: B2B Abandoned Carts

Wholesalers can now reach out to customers who have expressed interest in their product catalog via B2B, gone so far as added to cart, and then abandoned their purchase without placing an order.

The Abandoned Cart feature is available to customers subscribed to the Business plan and above (on new pricing plans) or as an add-on on to lower plans for USD 125/month.

Abandoned Carts would be able to give you insights that might suggest why your customers are not fulfilling their orders in your B2B store. What is an abandoned cart feature?

An abandoned shopping cart is an online cart that a customer added items to, but exited the website without purchasing those items. TradeGecko's B2B merchants can now see which of their customers logged onto their store, have added items to their cart, but abandoned their purchase without placing an order.
