Today we're rolling out a new update to handling of deleting and voiding orders. Previously, you could "void" any order as long as it was still in the draft or active states.
This worked great 95% of the time. However, we were still getting a couple of calls a week asking us to help rollback a mistakenly finalized order.
As of today, the old voiding is now simply known as deleting and we've added the ability to void an order even after it's been finalized, partially fulfilled or even completely finished.
On top of moving it into a void state, voiding an order will also undo any changes to stock on hand values and notify third party integrations such as Shopify and Xero.
