On a UK winter morning in 2012, two mothers, Suse and Becky stepped out into the cold with their babies and started to wonder why there weren’t warm merino wool garments for their babies as well. Becky, an experienced garment designer, and Suse, a product development executive with a background in Merino wool were the perfect two people to fill that need, and Superlove Merino was created.
Superlove Merino garments are designed and produced in the UK, with materials from New Zealand. They sell retail on Shopify and also have a design studio. They also sell wholesale to retailers internationally.
In the beginning, using Excel spreadsheets to track over 500 SKUs, Suse and Becky quickly began to realize how much time and money they were losing with corrupted worksheets and weekly stocktakes. Looking for a solution, they came across TradeGecko.

B2B is such a selling point for a company like ours: a small, up and coming brand. We like to support other independent retailers and we wouldn’t be able to do that without all the features in the B2B portal. It has removed so many barriers, and we can support our own customers in the easy, flexible way they need it. We must have 25% more business because of the B2B portal.
As for TradeGecko integrations, they use Quickbooks for accounting, Shopify to integrate two separate stores, and are looking at using Amazon and other integrations in the future.
