Do you need my credit card details during the free trial?

Nope, no credit card is required to start a trial, just register and get started straight away. If you like what you see, you can subscribe to any of our plans at any stage later on.

How does the free trial work?

On the 14 day trial you have access to all the features we offer to TradeGecko Premium users. Use this time to determine which features are useful for your business now and which features you foresee using 3 to 6 months down the road as your business grows. This will help you decide which TradeGecko plan fits your business.

What should I do during the free trial?

The free trial is a commitment-free time period to explore TradeGecko. To make the most out of the trial be sure to import your products into TradeGecko either via CSV or by integrating an online sales channel. If you need help during your trial period, feel free to reach out to sales@tradegecko.com.

Which plan should I choose?

The plan you choose really depends on what growth stage your business is at, and what exactly you need TradeGecko for. To figure that out, get in touch with our sales team and organise a personal product demo .

Can I get a discount?

Yes! Choose annual billing and you’ll get up to 20% off our monthly prices. For example, if you choose annual billing on our Small Business plan you pay an upfront fee of $199 for each of the 12 months. If you choose monthly billing, you would pay $249 per month. So in this case, you would save $600 a year!

I’m ready to subscribe, what do I do now?

On your TradeGecko account, navigate to the 'Plans and Billing' section inside 'Settings'. You can select the plan you need, add any extras, and then provide your payment details.

Do I need the B2B eCommerce Store?

If you're a wholesaler, our B2B eCommerce Store can transform the way you sell. Invite your wholesale customers to buy from an online store with prices and discounts customised to each buyer.

My trial period has expired, what do I do now?

Don't worry, your account will still exist but you may find that you’re unable to access all the features. If this happens, submit a support request via this Contact Support form in our Knowledge Base and we’ll help you out.
