Export your data for backup.
We recommend exporting your data from QuickBooks Commerce to have as backup.

Cancel your account.
You may cancel your plan anytime or stay with us until July 10, 2022.
To cancel your account, the Primary User will need to login and select “Settings” tab from the main menu, and then Plans & Billing.
From there, select “Cancel Account”
Once you cancel, you'll automatically be refunded within 10 business days.
If you’re on the annual plan and have paid upfront, you can cancel anytime and will be refunded the unused portion of what you have paid in advance.
If you’re on the monthly plan, you may cancel anytime and will be refunded for the remaining period of your contract until your next billing cycle or until July 10, 2022, whichever comes first.
